Tapped Out (ca. 2002) arose amidst financial struggles and a career shift. Launching "Two Men and A Mop" and laboring at Home Depot, I found solace in art & embraced necessity. Amidst bleakness, my artwork was my sanctuary. Contemplating Thoreau's wisdom, I found solace in living presently, riding each wave, discovering eternity in each moment. Fools gaze at distant lands, but life's essence lies here, in the now.
